Oskar is a very pleasant individual and has a professional approach towards his role. He is always helpful when I am trying to locate an individual on site by searching through the register for either their vehicle registration or phone number so they can be contacted.
He always checks the operatives PPE when signing into the facial recognition cameras and turns them away to retrieve it if they don’t have it with them. This is done very professionally and calm with the individuals to prevent any upset or conflict. He also briefs all staff signing in regarding the rules on site and reminds them to sign out at the end of their shift.
If Oskar is unsure about anything he calls me to double check the induction register or asks if certain staff members only require a visitors induction before turning them away.
Overall Oskar is a valuable member of the SAC team, is a good front of house for our project and is always confident and professional when on site.
