As a recruitment agency it is very important that we capture all phone calls that come in as these could be potential candidates or clients. The resourcing team are always busy on the phone making or receiving calls and we found that some incoming calls were being lost due to the high volume we receive.

I spoke to MacRail to see if they could assist in capturing the calls we do not manage to answer and I could not be happier with their call centre service. Not only do MacRail answer any of our calls that cannot be answered due to volume in office hours, they also answer any of our out of office hours calls.
